Jason Compton, son of Chuck Compton is a new Daddy!

Jason , writer of "The Prophecy", and his wife April were blessed by the birth of , Luke Compton. Luke weighed in at, 8 lbs and 9 oz. He is a big healthy boy. Both mom and baby are doing great. Needless to say, Papaw Chuck is very proud as well.

In May, Chuck and his wife Libby are expecting another grandchild. A Little girl! Lisa , the oldest child, and her husband Jerry Taylor are elated at the news of this little blessing. They have two boys, Zachary and Aaron Taylor. Things will change at the Taylor house for sure! We will keep you posted!

Chuck Compton was in Charlotte, NC. Wednesday, September 29th and Thursday, September 30th, recording vocals for his new Galilee Music Group project. The project will include both new and old songs that were performed by The Comptons in the years past. Chuck, is pictured above with Vocal Producer, Brad Hudson, and Engineer Jimmy Dullin of Gat 3 Studios. A release date for the new album will be posted soon.

Well it's been almost three months since my surgery. I am doing much better. I thank God for everyday. I am starting Cardiology rehab this week. It will strengthen my heart as I work harder. Please keep me in your prayers. I want to be able to give God one hundred percent!

I will also be working on my latest project this month. I believe that it is going to be great! I am very excited about it. So, the Lord's will, I will have it by the end of the year.

My website was hacked this weekend, and I apologize for this. It would be wonderful if these people with this kind of intelligence, would use it for the glory of the Lord, instead of promoting evil.

THE COMPTONS ANNOUNCE PERSONNEL CHANGE

The Comptons are saddened to announce the dismissal of Tim Ooten (Baritone) and Charity Lynn (Tenor) from the Comptons. The dismissal is due to a lack of funds within the ministry. The Comptons made their last appearance with Tim and Charity on Saturday, July 17, 2004. We wish the best for both of them. Please remember Tim and Charity when you pray.

Chuck Compton In Hospital From Major Heart Attack.....Please Pray

(July 19, 2004)

Chuck Compton has been rushed to the Charleston, WV Medical Center with a major heart attack. I ask for all the prayer warriors to lift him up immediately and pray that God will see him safely through. He has been currently rushed into Cardiac Care and they are working on him as this release is being posted. Please pray earnestly for the wonderful, dear annointed friend and servant of God. Our prayers are with him, Libby, his daughter and all his family.

Satan has struck a blow at a time when Chuck was at his weakest and burdened with stress beyond imagination. Along with our prayers, he needs our help. He does not have health insurance and any help that you can be to this family will be greatly appreciated and loved.

COMPTONS LEAVE EDDIE CROOK COMPANY (3/13/04)

We had the privilege to work with Eddie Crook Company for the past two years. However, we decided to leave the company when our contract had expired. We appreciate Eddie and Janice. They are wonderful people. It was an honor to be a part of the Eddie Crook Company.

We are now part of the Galilee Music Group, with Danny and Dee Kramer. We are looking forward to this venture. Keep us in your prayers. We are expecting great things to happen, starting with a new project. Lord's will, we will start on this late spring.
